BACKGROUND:	Give some background on the industry: why is your project needed, how will it compete with other similar businesses, what is your proprietary position, etc
DESCRIPTION:	Give a fuller description of the project. What it is, how it fits within the industry, what the market’s like, how you’re different from your competition, how your sales and distribution is set up, what your growth will be over time, and the trends for your industry
MANAGEMENT:	List each of the main management team, along with short relevant resumes
REVENUE STREAMS:	Project your income and expenses over a 3-year period, show how your company will grow
TERMS:	What are the terms that you offer in exchange for the financing? Loan? Equity?
